Pengaruh Phubbing,Cyberloafing dan Kecanduan Media Sosial terhadap Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja (Work-Life Balance) pada Karyawan Generasi Z

Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan metode pengolahan data regresi berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan generasi Z di perusahaan Kota Makassar. Ukuran sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 responden yang ditentukan dengan rumus slovin, dengan menggunakan teknik Non-Probability Sampling dengan pendekatan Accidental sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan untuk dijadikan sampel jika dipandang cocok. Data dikumpulkan dengan pembagian kuesioner, analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) variabel Phubbing, Cyberloafing, dan Kecanduan Media Sosial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja (work-Life Balance) di perusahaan Kota Makassar, (2) variabel yang dominan berpengaruh Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja (Work-Life Balance) pada karyawan generasi Z adalah Kecanduan Media Sosial.
