Peran Perilaku Keorganisasian dalam Meningkatkan Adaptabilitas dan Kinerja Karyawan di Era Transformasi Digital

Perkembangan teknologi, globalisasi, dan transformasi digital telah mendorong perubahan yang signifikan dalam lingkungan bisnis modern. Organisasi dituntut untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang tidak hanya kompeten, tetapi juga adaptif terhadap dinamika perubahan serta mampu mempertahankan kinerja yang optimal. Dalam konteks tersebut, perilaku keorganisasian memegang peranan penting dalam membentuk pola kerja, sikap, dan respons karyawan terhadap perubahan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran perilaku keorganisasian dalam meningkatkan adaptabilitas dan kinerja karyawan di era transformasi digital.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui analisis berbagai jurnal ilmiah, buku referensi, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa aspek perilaku keorganisasian seperti kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, komunikasi interpersonal, dan kerja sama tim memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan adaptasi karyawan dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan kerja. Selain itu, perilaku organisasi yang positif terbukti mampu meningkatkan produktivitas, kreativitas, komitmen organisasi, serta efektivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa organisasi perlu membangun budaya kerja yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan inovatif sebagai strategi dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan mempertahankan daya saing organisasi di era transformasi digital.
