Pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Burnout sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Perkembangan industri manufaktur dan karoseri di Indonesia mendorong perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas serta kecepatan produksi guna memenuhi permintaan pasar. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada meningkatnya beban kerja karyawan, khususnya pada divisi produksi, yang berpotensi menimbulkan kelelahan kerja atau burnout serta memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan burnout sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 67 karyawan divisi produksi menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis jalur, serta uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap burnout dan kinerja karyawan, burnout berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta burnout terbukti memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan beban kerja secara proporsional untuk mencegah burnout dan menjaga kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan.
