Digitalisasi rantai pasok menjadi strategi utama dalam meningkatkan kinerja operasional perusahaan manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digitalisasi rantai pasok terhadap efisiensi operasional, ketepatan waktu pengiriman, dan kualitas produk di industri manufaktur di Makassar. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan regresi linear berganda, penelitian ini melibatkan 53 responden yang terdiri dari manajer dan staf operasional perusahaan manufaktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi rantai pasok berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi operasional dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas produk. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun digitalisasi meningkatkan efisiensi dan kecepatan distribusi, faktor lain seperti standar produksi dan bahan baku lebih dominan dalam menentukan kualitas produk. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan manajemen mutu seiring dengan adopsi digitalisasi rantai pasok untuk meningkatkan daya saing industri manufaktur.
