Employee engagement has become increasingly important for higher education institutions undergoing digital transformation. This study examines the influence of Digital Work Culture and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Engagement through the mediating role of Digital Readiness among young lecturers. A quantitative cross-sectional survey design was employed involving 100 young lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The findings indicate that Digital Work Culture and Perceived Organizational Support positively influence Digital Readiness, which subsequently enhances Employee Engagement. Digital Readiness also serves as a significant mediating mechanism linking organizational resources to lecturer engagement. This study contributes to employee engagement literature by explaining how digital readiness facilitates the translation of organizational support and digital work practices into higher engagement during digital transformation.
