Analisis Dimensi Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Mendukung Kinerja Organsisasi

Abstract

This research aims at analyzing the dimensions of human resources within leading the organizational performance. Such dimensions derives from personal balanced scorecard, organizational commitment, and competency. The sample of this research was 79 employees of Office for Management of Regional Revenue, Finance, and Assets in Makassar. The result of this research revealed human resources constructed by personal balanced scorecard, organizational commitment, and competency provide positive effect on the organizational performance. This result proved that the components of good human resources within personal balanced scorecard, organizational commitment, and competency lead the increase into organizatioan performance.
