Pengaruh Kompetensi, Kompensasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Makassar

Abstract

This research is descriptive analysis is used to analyze the influence of work ability, work motivation, and work environment to the performance of employees of Regional Revenue Board of Makassar City and Multiple Regression Analysis is the method used to answer the relationship between each independent variable with dependent variable. Result of Research Show there are positive influence and significant competence to performance of employees of Local Revenue Board of Makassar City partially. This is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic greater than the value of t table and the value of P is smaller than α. There is a positive influence and significant compensation to the performance of employees of Local Revenue Agency of Makassar City partially. This is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic greater than the value of t table and the value of P is smaller than α. There is a positive influence and significant work discipline on the performance of employees of Local Revenue Agency of Makassar City partially. This is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic greater than the value of t table and the value of P is smaller than α. There is a positive and significant influence of competence, compensation, and work discipline variables on the performance of employees of Local Revenue Board of Makassar City simultaneously. This is evidenced by the value of F arithmetic greater than the value of F table and the value of P is smaller than α.
