THE EFFECT OF WORK ENVIRONMENT, COMMITMENT AND DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA CABANG SELAYAR

Abstract

This study aims to find out which variables predominantly influence the three work environment variables, commitment and discipline at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Selayar. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods that use formulas including multiple regression analysis, T-test, F test, T test (partial test) with the help of software 18.00 for windows. The sample used is a purposive sampling method by directly selecting the total number of 65 employees. Data collection used in addition to interviews and observations is to provide questionnaires to all employees in accordance with the research. This study shows that the factors that most influence employee performance is work environment factors. This can be seen from the value of t count, the work environment is greater > t count calculates the commitment and work environment is also greater than the ˃t count of discipline (0.751 ˃ 0.645 ˃ -0.451).
