The Influence of Work Motivation, Competence and Compensation on Employee Performance

Abstract

The research aims to test and analyze the effect of Work Motivation, Competence and compensation on employee performance performance. The location in this study was at the Lamadukelleng General Hospital in Wajo District, South Sulawesi Province. The total population of the study was 59 employees and the method of determining the sample using the census method, namely the entire population made respondents. The use of data is done through questionnaires and interviews. The method of data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Program. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence of work motivation and compensation variables on employee performance, while the competency variable does not significantly influence the performance of Lamadukelleng General Hospital employees in Wajo District, South Sulawesi Province.
