Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, competence, motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Institute for the Development and Empowerment of Educators and Education Personnel in the Field of Marine, Fisheries, Information Technology, and Communication in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province. This study uses primary data through a sample survey of 81 employees from a total of 102 employees. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that competency leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Gowa KPTK LPPPTK employees. The results of this study indicate that high motivation, leadership attitude and good competence, will have a positive impact on employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, so that the goals of the institution can be achieved optimally
